Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
2. Add the vegetable broth, diced potatoes, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
3. Add the asparagus pieces and frozen peas. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
