Beef Stew Meat

Carrots

Onions

Olive Oil
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add onions and cook until softened.
4. Stir in tomato paste, salt, and black pepper.
5. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
7. Add carrots and potatoes, and continue to simmer for another hour, or until vegetables are tender.
8. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or green beans.
