Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned.
3. Add the chopped carrots, celery, and onion. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
4. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
6. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
7. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
