Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
  • 2 cups Carrots chopped
  • 2 cups Celery chopped
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Thyme dried
  • 1 tsp Rosemary dried

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned.
  • 3. Add the chopped carrots, celery, and onion. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  • 4. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • 5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  • 6. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
  • 7. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  • 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
