Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef Stew Meat cut into cubes
  • 2 Onions chopped
  • 3 Carrots sliced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 2. Add the onions, carrots, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
  • 3. Stir in the tomato paste and cook for another minute.
  • 4. Pour in the beef broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours or until the meat is tender.
  • 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes:

This stew is even better the next day, after the flavors have melded together.
