Instructions:
1. In a large pot, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until translucent.
2. Add the shredded chicken and pork to the pot.
3. Stir in the corn, lima beans, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and barbecue sauce, and mix well.
5. Season with salt and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil.
6. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!

This stew is great for leftovers and can be frozen for later use.
