Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups Cooked Pork, shredded
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 1 cup Lima beans
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Barbecue sauce
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until translucent.
  • 2. Add the shredded chicken and pork to the pot.
  • 3. Stir in the corn, lima beans, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce.
  • 4. Pour in the chicken broth and barbecue sauce, and mix well.
  • 5. Season with salt and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  • 6. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is great for leftovers and can be frozen for later use.
