bell pepper, chopped

Instructions:
Soak black-eyed peas overnight. Drain and rinse.
Cook peas in water until tender, about 30 minutes. Drain.
Heat palm oil in a pot. Sauté onions and garlic until soft.
Add bell pepper and tomatoes. Cook until soft.
Add cooked peas, crayfish, ground pepper, salt, and bouillon cube. Stir well.
Simmer for 15 minutes. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Notes:
Serve hot with rice or bread.
