Fish stock

Olive oil
Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
Add the diced tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add the fish stock, sliced okra, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the fish chunks and cook for another 10 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.
Serve hot.
Notes:
This stew is best served with rice or crusty bread.
