Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onions chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the large pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  • 2. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Add the onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
  • 4. Pour in the beef broth, and add the carrots, potatoes, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  • 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour, or until the meat and vegetables are tender.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or corn.
