Instructions:
1. Heat the large pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
2. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add the onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
4. Pour in the beef broth, and add the carrots, potatoes, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour, or until the meat and vegetables are tender.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or corn.
