Ingredients:

Acorns (leached and ground)

Meat (beef or venison, cubed)

Vegetables (carrots, potatoes, celery, chopped)

Onion (chopped)

Garlic (minced)

Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the meat over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, cook until softened.
3. Stir in the vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Add the ground acorns and mix well.
5. Pour in the broth, add salt and pepper, and bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 1 hour, until the meat is tender and the flavors are well blended.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
Leaching acorns is necessary to remove tannins. Soak them in water, changing the water several times until it runs clear.
