white fish fillets, cut into chunks

mussels, cleaned

prawns, peeled and deveined

Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Cook until softened.
Add the canned tomatoes and fish stock. Bring to a simmer.
Add the fish chunks, mussels, and prawns. Simmer until the fish is cooked through and the mussels have opened.
Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the chopped parsley before serving.
Notes:
Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
