Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add the chopped cabbage and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in the chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
This stew is even better the next day after the flavors have melded together.
