Shrimp, peeled and deveined

Clams, scrubbed

Fish stock

Onion, chopped

Garlic, minced

Red bell pepper, chopped

Olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion, garlic, and red bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
3. Stir in diced tomatoes, fish stock, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.
4. Add clams and cook until they start to open, about 5 minutes.
5. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes:
Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
