Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Clams, scrubbed
  • 2 cups Fish stock
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes canned or fresh
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add chopped onion, garlic, and red bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
  • 3. Stir in diced tomatoes, fish stock, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  • 4. Add clams and cook until they start to open, about 5 minutes.
  • 5. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  • 6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes:

Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
