Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter creamy
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add beef and brown on all sides.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until onions are translucent.
  • Stir in peanut butter, soy sauce, and tomato paste. Mix well.
  • Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 1 hour.
  • Add sliced carrots and diced potatoes. Cook for another 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to adjust the peanut butter amount to your taste.
