pork shoulder, cut into chunks

large onion, chopped

garlic, minced

chicken broth

red chili sauce

ground cumin

dried oregano

vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the pork and cook until browned on all sides.
2. Remove the pork and set aside. In the same pot, add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
3. Return the pork to the pot. Add the chicken broth, red chili sauce, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 2 hours, or until the pork is tender.
5. Serve hot with rice or tortillas.
Notes:
This stew is perfect for a cozy dinner. Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili sauce.
