Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef, cubed
  • 2 cups Peas
  • 2 cups Carrots, diced
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • 3. Add cubed beef, cook until browned on all sides.
  • 4. Add carrots and peas, stir well.
  • 5. Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil.
  • 6. Add salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 7. Serve hot with rice or bread.

Notes:

This stew is perfect for a cozy dinner. You can substitute beef with chicken if you prefer.
