Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef liver sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Potatoes diced
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  • 3. Add sliced beef liver, cook until browned.
  • 4. Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil.
  • 5. Add carrots and potatoes, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
