Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Corn drained
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and corn.
  • 4. Add the chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  • 5. Bring the stew to a simmer and let it cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
