Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork shoulder, cubed
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add pork and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in chicken broth, diced tomatoes, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Serve hot.

Adjust seasoning to taste.
