Ingredients:

soft tofu

beef broth

water

gochujang (Korean red chili paste)

tablespoon
soy sauce

tablespoon
sesame oil
1
teaspoon
sugar

cloves
garlic, minced
1

onion, chopped
1
green onion, chopped
1
egg
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
Add beef and cook until browned.
Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, and sugar. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Pour in beef broth and water. Bring to a boil.
Add tofu and reduce heat to simmer for 10 minutes.
Crack an egg into the stew and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with green onion before serving.
Notes:
