Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
4. Add the carrots, potatoes, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 2 hours, or until the meat and vegetables are tender.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or mushrooms for extra flavor.
