Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef Stew Meat
  • 2 pcs Carrots chopped
  • 2 pcs Potatoes chopped
  • 1 pcs Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 500 ml Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Thyme dried

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  • 2. Add the beef stew meat and brown on all sides.
  • 3. Add the chopped onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  • 4. Add the carrots and potatoes, cook for a few minutes.
  • 5. Pour in the beef broth, add salt, pepper, and thyme.
  • 6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or parsnips.
