Instructions:
1. Heat the large pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
2. Brown the goat meat in batches, setting aside each batch once browned.
3. In the same pot, add onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
4. Stir in the tomato paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Return the browned goat meat to the pot. Add beef broth, salt, and pepper.
6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 3 days and 3 nights, stirring occasionally.
7. On the last day, add carrots, potatoes, and green peas. Cook until vegetables are tender.
8. Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
