beef broth

Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, corn, kidney beans, and beef broth.
4. Add the chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
5. Bring the stew to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
