Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 1 can kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, corn, kidney beans, and beef broth.
  • 4. Add the chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  • 5. Bring the stew to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust the spices to your taste.
