Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots carrots, diced
  • 2 potatoes potatoes, diced
  • 400 ml beef stock
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add the minced beef. Cook until browned.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Add the diced carrots and potatoes. Stir well.
  • 4. Pour in the beef stock and add the tomato paste. Stir to combine.
  • 5. Add the thyme, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or corn.
