Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add the minced beef. Cook until browned.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Add the diced carrots and potatoes. Stir well.
4. Pour in the beef stock and add the tomato paste. Stir to combine.
5. Add the thyme, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or corn.
