Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat
  • 3 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 pcs Carrots, chopped
  • 2 pcs Potatoes, diced
  • 1 pc Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the Dutch oven over medium heat.
  • 2. Add beef stew meat and cook until browned.
  • 3. Add chopped onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  • 4. Pour in beef broth, add carrots, potatoes, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  • 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

This stew is great for camping trips or a cozy meal at home.
