Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Bone-in stew meat
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • 3. Add bone-in stew meat, cook until browned on all sides.
  • 4. Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil.
  • 5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
  • 6. Add sliced carrots and diced potatoes, cook for another 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  • 7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • 8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is even better the next day. Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat gently.
