Beef Broth

Tomato Sauce

Ground Cumin

Ground Cinnamon

Bay Leaves
to taste
Salt and Pepper

cubed
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the beef cubes and brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pot, add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until softened.
4. Return the beef to the pot. Add the beef broth, tomato sauce, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, bay leaves, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 1.5 hours.
6. Add the sliced carrots and cubed potatoes. Continue to simmer for another 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
7. Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
Notes:
This stew is perfect for a cozy dinner. Serve with rice or bread.
