Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chicken pieces and brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same pot, add onions, garlic, and bell peppers. Sauté until soft.
Add tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
Return chicken to the pot. Add chicken broth, white wine, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
Notes:
Serve hot with rice or bread.
