Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Cabbage chopped
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Onions chopped
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add beef cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Add onions and cook until translucent.
  • 4. Add water, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, salt, and pepper.
  • 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
  • 6. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or peas.
