Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add beef cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add onions and cook until translucent.
4. Add water, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, salt, and pepper.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
6. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or peas.
