Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
  • 0.5 lb Chorizo sliced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add beef and chorizo, cook until browned.
  • 3. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  • 4. Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, or until beef is tender.

Notes:

Serve with crusty bread or over rice.
