Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into cubes
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  • Stir in cumin and chili powder, cook for 1 minute.
  • Add beef broth and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes.
  • Add black beans, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 15 minutes.
  • Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add more vegetables like carrots or bell peppers.
