drained and rinsed

Beef Broth

Pepper
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add beef and cook until browned on all sides.
Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Stir in cumin and chili powder, cook for 1 minute.
Add beef broth and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes.
Add black beans, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add more vegetables like carrots or bell peppers.
