Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until they are soft and fragrant.
3. Add the chopped tomatoes, ground coriander, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Add the okra and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30-40 minutes, until the okra is tender.
5. Serve hot with rice or bread.
