Pork shoulder, cut into chunks

Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add pork and brown on all sides.
2. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
3. Stir in tomato paste, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour in chicken broth and white wine. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
5. Add potatoes and carrots, cook for another 20 minutes.
6. Stir in green peas and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Serve hot.
Notes:
This stew is even better the next day. Serve with crusty bread.
