Wheat Flour
mixed with water to form a slurry

Instructions:
Heat oil in a large pot and add ginger garlic paste. Sauté until fragrant.
Add beef shank pieces and cook until browned on all sides.
Add fried onions, nihari masala, and salt. Mix well.
Pour in water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 4 hours.
Add the wheat flour slurry to the pot and cook for another 30 minutes until the stew thickens.
Serve hot with naan or rice.
Notes:
For a richer flavor, cook the stew on low heat for a longer time.
