Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
Add carrots and potatoes, cook for a few minutes.
Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well.
Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or corn for extra flavor and nutrition.
