Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions: 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
  • Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes. Stir well.
  • Add the sliced carrots and cubed potatoes. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for about 60 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the meat is cooked through.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is perfect for a cozy dinner. Feel free to add more vegetables as you like!
