Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the pork cubes and brown on all sides.
3. Add the onions, carrots, and garlic. Cook until the onions are translucent.
4. Stir in the tomato paste and caraway seeds. Cook for another minute.
5. Pour in the beef broth, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 2 hours.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
