Instructions:
1. In a large pot, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until they are translucent.
2. Add the shredded chicken and pork to the pot.
3. Pour in the crushed tomatoes, corn, lima beans, barbecue sauce, and chicken broth.
4. Season with salt and black pepper.
5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
This stew is even better the next day, so consider making it ahead of time.
