Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1 lb Pork, cooked and shredded
  • 1 can Tomatoes, crushed 28 oz can
  • 1 can Corn, drained 15 oz can
  • 1 can Lima beans, drained 15 oz can
  • 1 cup Barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until they are translucent.
  • 2. Add the shredded chicken and pork to the pot.
  • 3. Pour in the crushed tomatoes, corn, lima beans, barbecue sauce, and chicken broth.
  • 4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • 5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is even better the next day, so consider making it ahead of time.
