Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
  • 2 large Onions finely chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 large Tomatoes peeled and chopped
  • 1 bunch Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 bunch Fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the pot over medium heat and add the chicken pieces. Cook until browned on all sides.
  • 2. Add the chopped onions and cook until they are soft and translucent.
  • 3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • 4. Add the chopped tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • 5. Cover the pot and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  • 6. Stir in the chopped cilantro and parsley just before serving.

Notes:

Serve with fresh bread or rice.
