Instructions:
1. Heat the pot over medium heat and add the chicken pieces. Cook until browned on all sides.
2. Add the chopped onions and cook until they are soft and translucent.
3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Add the chopped tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
5. Cover the pot and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
6. Stir in the chopped cilantro and parsley just before serving.
Notes:
Serve with fresh bread or rice.
