Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken legs
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Thyme

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  • 2. Brown the chicken legs on all sides, then remove and set aside.
  • 3. In the same pot, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
  • 4. Add carrots and potatoes, cooking for a few minutes.
  • 5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  • 6. Return the chicken legs to the pot, add salt, pepper, and thyme.
  • 7. Reduce heat and let simmer for 30-35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  • 8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or corn for extra flavor.
