Red wine

Instructions:
1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and cook until softened.
2. Add beef and cook until browned. Stir in mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
3. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well. Cook for 2 minutes.
4. Gradually add beef broth and red wine, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and add tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Simmer for 30 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over cooked rice.
Notes:
Feel free to add more vegetables like carrots or peas for extra nutrition.
