Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Chuck cut into cubes
  • 1 whole Garlic Bulb peeled and minced
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Flour for thickening
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add beef cubes and brown on all sides.
  • 3. Add minced garlic and chopped onion. Cook until softened.
  • 4. Sprinkle flour over the beef and vegetables. Stir well to coat.
  • 5. Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
  • 6. Add carrots and potatoes. Simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours, until beef is tender.
  • 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Great with crusty bread!
