Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups Diced potatoes
  • 1 cup Diced carrots
  • 1 cup Diced celery
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  • 2. Add the chicken broth and buffalo sauce to the pot. Stir to combine.
  • 3. Add the diced potatoes, carrots, and celery. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30-35 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your taste preference.
