Black pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger, and cook until softened.
2. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Stir in the curry powder and cook for another minute.
4. Pour in the coconut milk and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the beef is tender.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
This stew pairs well with steamed rice or crusty bread.
