Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Red Bell Peppers
  • 2 pcs Tomatoes
  • 1 pcs Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions: 

  • 1. Blend the red bell peppers, tomatoes, and half of the onion until smooth.
  • 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 3. Add the remaining chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté until fragrant.
  • 4. Pour the blended mixture into the pot. Stir well.
  • 5. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Let it simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 6. Adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.

Notes:

This stew pairs well with rice or any preferred side dish.
