Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat
  • 2 cups Carrots, chopped
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Thyme

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  • 2. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Add the chopped onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
  • 4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  • 5. Add the carrots, potatoes, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  • 6. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for about an hour, or until the vegetables are tender.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
