Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef stew meat cut into cubes
  • 3 Onions sliced
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 pcs Bay leaves
  • 1 tsp Cloves ground
  • 1 tsp Black pepper ground
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the beef and brown on all sides.
  • 3. Add the sliced onions and cook until they are soft.
  • 4. Pour in the beef broth, vinegar, and add the brown sugar. Stir well.
  • 5. Add the bay leaves, ground cloves, black pepper, and salt. Stir to combine.
  • 6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
  • 7. Remove the bay leaves before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Serve with mashed potatoes or rice for a complete meal.
