Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat
  • 2 cups Carrots, chopped
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onions and cook until they are translucent.
  • 3. Stir in the tomato paste, salt, and black pepper.
  • 4. Add the beef broth, carrots, and potatoes. Bring to a boil.
  • 5. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

This stew is even better the next day!
