Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Corn drained
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Stir in the kidney beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
  • 4. Pour in the beef broth and add the salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried oregano. Stir well.
  • 5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy your Hillbilly Stew!
