Gochujang (Korean chili paste)

Vegetable broth

Soy sauce

Sesame oil

Instructions:
1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
3. Stir in gochujang and soy sauce, cook for another minute.
4. Add potatoes and vegetable broth, bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
6. Add spinach and green onions, cook for another 5 minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
This stew is great for a cold day. Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
